Verifying Your Account

Verification confirms your identity and is required before you can redeem TSMx Cash. TSMx uses a third-party verification provider to check your identity and age in compliance with applicable requirements. Verification includes a government-issued photo ID, address confirmation, and a biometric (selfie) check.


What you will need

1. A government-issued photo ID (current and not expired)

  • Accepted: passport, driver’s license, national ID card, voter ID

  • Must show your photo, full name, and date of birth. Passports are exempt from the address requirement.

  • Student IDs, employee IDs, and library cards are not accepted

2. A recent proof of address (dated within the last 6 months)

  • Accepted: bank statement, credit card statement, utility bill

  • Must show your name and address as they appear on your TSMx account

  • Your name must match both your TSMx account and your government-issued ID


Tips for a smooth submission

  • Do not crop, rotate, or alter your documents in any way

  • Take photos of the original — no screenshots or photocopies

  • Make sure the image is in focus and all corners are visible

  • Non-English IDs are accepted


How long does it take?

Automated verification usually completes within minutes. If a manual review is needed, it typically takes up to 48 hours. You’ll be notified either way.


If verification fails

Your account will be restricted until verification succeeds. Deliberately uploading false or altered documents is a crime and will result in a permanent ban, and may be reported to the authorities.
