Login and Password Help

Reset your password

  1. Go to the TSMx login page at tsmx.io.

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter your registered email address and date of birth.

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from TSMx.

  5. Click the reset link and follow the steps to create a new password.


Didn’t receive the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure you’re entering the email address you registered with

  • Wait a few minutes and try again


Trouble logging in or staying connected

  1. Check your internet connection.

  2. Log out and back in.

  3. Clear your browser cookies and cache.

  4. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

  5. Disable any VPN — TSMx may block connections through VPNs or proxies.
