Why Can’t I Redeem My TSMx Cash?

If a redemption isn’t going through, check the following:

  • Your account is not yet fully verified — verification is required before any redemption

  • You’re located in a jurisdiction where cash redemption is not available

  • You have bonus TSMx Cash that hasn’t met its 1x playthrough requirement

  • Your bank account isn’t linked through Aeropay yet

  • As a new customer, a brief hold may be placed on your first redemption to prevent fraud


If you’ve checked all of the above and still can’t redeem, contact support via live chat or email support@tsmx.io with your account details.
