Why Hasn’t My Purchase Gone Through?

If a Coin package purchase didn’t go through, it’s usually one of the following:

  • Your TSMx email address hasn’t been verified yet

  • Your bank account isn’t fully linked through Aeropay

  • Your bank declined the ACH transaction (common on first purchases — contact your bank)

  • You’ve hit your limit for the period

  • Insufficient funds in your linked bank account

  • Pop-up blockers are enabled — make sure they’re turned off


If none of the above apply, contact support via live chat or email support@tsmx.io with the details.
