Redeeming TSMx Cash

When you’re ready to redeem your TSMx Cash for prizes, here’s what you need to know.

Eligibility

• Your account must be fully verified

• You must be located in a permitted jurisdiction at the time of redemption

• You must be 21 years of age or older

• Any bonus TSMx Cash must meet its 1x playthrough requirement first

How to redeem

1. Make sure your account is fully verified.

2. Go to the Rewards section.

3. Select redeem and follow the on-screen instructions.

How are redemptions paid?

Eligible TSMx Cash is redeemed 1:1 for USD and sent to your linked US bank account via Aeropay (ACH).

Processing time

Redemptions are typically processed within 1–5 business days. First-time redemptions may take longer due to additional verification checks.
